This Webinar will guide the audience through the new requirements introduced by the EU proposal of AI regulation. Such as the new definitions, the additional requirements for QMS, technical file, obligations & liabilities of involved parties etc. We’ll also discuss two noteworthy concepts. First is the voluntary participation in AI regulatory sandboxes as a mean to drive innovation where AI systems can be trained, tested, and validated. Secondly the concept of voluntary codes of conduct, which for example can be used for manufacturers of AI systems other than high-risk AI systems, when they choose to follow the documentation requirement for high-risk AI devices.
