Pauline her focus lies on supporting the consultants, sales and management with project management, project administrations, invoicing and communication. An important part of her function is implementing a new CRM/ERP system HarmonyPSA.

Before Qserve

Pauline obtained a bachelor in business administration from Hotelschool The Hague. In 2020 she completed a post-bachelors course in project management. Pauline started her career in sales and client management related jobs in leisure, publishing sectors and logistics. In 2017 she moved to a multinational in the logistic sector, where she took on a job as supply chain coordinator.

Before working at Qserve she worked as a management assistant/project-coordinator/event manager in a small non-profit organization supporting local business in various project around innovation and economical growth in the Nijmegen region. Pauline gained experience with various CRM/ERP systems, planning, project management, customer communications, organizing and process optimization.
