They say, “a week is a long time in politics,” but what does a year feel like in the lifetime of a regulation? On 26th May 2022, the IVDR came into force and has been active for a year. 

So what have we learned from the IVDR, and what real-world experience have we accumulated? In the last year, new guidance has been issued, and manufacturers have applied a myriad of strategies, but what was successful?
