Qserve is a global consulting company, focusing on the medical industry. We help medical device & in-vitro diagnostics manufacturers worldwide with market access, medical device registrations & approvals, in-country representation, achieving & maintaining regulatory compliance, and clinical trials. We are located in the Netherlands (headquarters, Arnhem), United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, and China. With approximately 100 colleagues, we work together in globally oriented teams. Our organization is strongly growing and has ambitious plans for the future. We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator US who will have an important role in realizing these growth ambitions.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Coordinator US you are responsible for successfully managing our US marketing activities. In this role, you will work from home but closely together with the rest of the marketing team (currently consisting of 5 people in Europe), your local US colleagues, and our global business unit leads. You will report to the Marketing Manager at our headquarters in the Netherlands.

In more detail, you are responsible for:

  • Translating existing marketing and communication material into useable US material;
  • Scheduling and implementing online and offline activities;
  • Co-editing and maintaining Qserve’s website and social media;
  • Writing and publishing articles, news items, blogs, press releases and e-mail campaigns;
  • Moderating online Training Courses and Webinars
  • Optimizing the use of Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), banner e-mail and social media campaigns;
  • Understanding the needs of Qserve’s target groups and collaborating with US colleagues to initiate and coordinate campaigns for promoting our businesses, generating leads, and increasing engagement with our potential customers (e.g. training, business events, seminars, roadshows) 
  • Providing input for the annual marketing and communication plan and event calendar; 
  • Measuring and analyzing the effects of our marketing and communication activities;
  • Analyzing US trends and competitor activities;
  • Monitoring and securing Qserve’s corporate identity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, International Business or related fields;
  • At least 5 years of working experience within marketing and communication;
  • Proven track record of writing articles, blogs, website posts, and other online and offline communication activities;
  • Ability to work independently,
  • Knows what it is to work internationally and remotely, closely cooperating with colleagues from all over the world;
  • Accurate working style;
  • Ability to recognize your stakeholders’ needs, translate them into realistic plans, and set priorities in the work that needs to be done;
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably and professionally with various (cultural) backgrounds;
  • Legal resident of the US with a valid passport.
