We are looking for an enthusiastic young professional at our headquarters in The Netherlands to help us rebuild and maintain the SharePoint environment that is essential in our knowledge sharing and storing of (confidential) data, but also in our complete document control. Together with all users and stakeholders, an intuitive and transparent system will be implemented with you in a pivotal position in the process.

Functional application analyst SharePoint

This is what you will be doing at Qserve:

You will be our central point in redesigning and implementing a companywide SharePoint system. Together with knowledge management, the operational and the quality team, our global infrastructure will be rebuilt with input from many stakeholders. Your technical expertise runs the show and enables the system to become the central spin in our internal communication web. Also shared sites with clients feature in the system.

You will get the opportunity to help build the support system within our organization and learn various aspects of this important business process in a globally expanding ambitious organization. Aside from that, we will offer you to be part of our trainee program for young professionals in medical devices where you will engage in broader projects throughout our organization and set broader development goals for yourself.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Owning the SharePoint functional and technical maintenance, re-design and improvement process
  • Optimizing awareness of data systems inside our global organization;
  •  Support training and monitoring of effective use of the internal communications via SharePoint
  •  Support effective sharing of internal and external training materials throughout the organization.

And this is what you will bring:

The ideal candidate has:

  •  A completed bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with 2-5 years of working experience in a professional service organization is preferred
  • Competence and experience in functional and technical maintenance of SharePoint, including setting and controlling authorisation and access.
  • Enthusiastic hands-on mentality
  • Proactive, independent and communicative work style
  • Affinity to work collaboratively in an international environment across time zones.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in a regulated setting, including knowledge of for example GDPR is preferred.
