Medical Devices Regulatory Affairs
Ali Ataei joined the Qserve Group early 2022 as a consultant for Active Medical Devices in the Regulatory Affairs team and is based in the Netherlands. Ali is involved in providing customers with information on Regulations and Standards associated with software, particularly when they are based on Artificial Intelligence.

Having a practical approach, Qserve team is highly supportive, either internally or externally.
Prior to joining to Qserve, Ali persued his career as a PhD researcher at Radboud University Medical Center in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, during which he focused on Artificial Intelligence algorithms to detect cancer metastases.
Earlier, he worked as an R&D engineer at an Iranian medical device company, where he was responsible for a new generation of an American acute and chronic pain management system.
Ali also worked as Research Assistant to provide support for experimental Biomechanical projects in line with his MSc project. Besides, he had several internships at Iranian hospitals, where he had the opportunity to acquire knowledge on a broad range of medical devices.
Ali holds a strong technical scientific background with a MSc in Biomedical Engineering, field of Biomechanics, from Iran University of Science of Technology, Tehran, Iran and started as a PhD researcher in Orthopedic Biomechanics at Radboud University Medical Center.
