Minghua Chen is business development manager of Qserve Group APAC. She is responsible for planning and executing business development and sales activities, including presenting new solutions and services to clients, brand building, PR and partnership development. She is actively growing the presence of Qserve in China & APAC, as well as enhancing the Qserve name recognition in the medtech field. She’s a member of AHWP WG1, invited tutor of CMDHRA (China Medical Devices Human Resource Association) and serves as Supervisor of the “Shanghai Pudong Medical Device Trade Association”.

Prior to joining Qserve in 2016, she worked for 13 years at the British Standards Institute (Notified Body), focussing on medical device CE marking, ISO 13485 certification and healthcare training business. In that period, she held various positions within BSI. The last role she filled at BSI was as National Sales Manager, responsible for the China Healthcare business development and for the sales team management. For many years, she worked as the coordinator between BSI China regional team & the BSI global healthcare stream and acted as the key contact window open to local clients for troubleshooting to make sure projects going smoothly.
Minghua obtained a B.A. Public Administration at Donghua University, China.
