We help bring innovative technology to the market, develop regulatory and clinical strategies, and manage clinical trials.

Our team of consultants and client base in the US is growing rapidly. Our support functions such as finance, HR, marketing, project management, and support need to grow accordingly.

Responsibilities of the PMA:

As a Project Management Assistant, you will be the heart of our daily operations by supporting the management team and our consultants with initial project set-up, overall project management, business analyses, forecasting, project and capacity planning, and invoicing. Our ERP system will support all aspects of the operation while monitoring global projects. As the US Project Management Assistant, you will support our consultants while working closely with the sales team, finance department, operational management team, as well as the Project Management Assistant at our headquarters in The Netherlands.  

Important aspects of the position include:

  • Initiating new projects, project and capacity planning, monitoring project budgets, forecasting and deliverables to clients.
  • Together with Qserve’s consultants, monitor project performance, allocating consultants to client projects, monitoring deliverables to clients and managing budgets.
  • Responsible for operational and project analysis and the development of reports. In collaboration with the Operations Manager, improve and apply the business analysis to our existing operational process.
  • Being the key user of our project management and project administration system
  • Contribute to the improvement of our process and system to support the daily operations.
  • Interacting with the sales department concerning the transfer of new projects to the operations.
  • Collaborate with the finance department and support the monthly invoicing process. 

Requirements for Consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance or project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in supporting projects and business administration.
  • The aspiration to work in a dynamic international company as an independent, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a focus on quality and results, who thrives working as a team member, and is service-oriented.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and strong affinity/ experience with ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to interact comfortably and professionally with various levels of management, consultancy, and staff.
  • A legal resident of the US with a valid passport.

This position is offered at a fulltime basis of 40 hours a week. This is a home-based position in the greater Philadelphia area.
